How do I pay the Rent?

The rent is paid by making a deposit at a local bank. The bank and account information will be included in your lease. This way, you have proof of when you paid and there is no chance of the rent getting delayed in the mail.

Prior to move-in, you'll need to deposit the security deposit and the 1st month's rent. This is true even if you move in mid-month. If you do move in mid-month, your pro-rated rent is paid at the beginning of the 2nd month. More information about this is provided when the lease is discussed.

Do you allow pets?

You love them and we love them, too! As pet-owners ourselves, we all know that pets cause some damage - that is just part of owning a pet. We cannot accomodate all pets, but we will try. If your pet is approved, there will be a non-refundable $250 pet fee.

Do you require a Security Deposit?

Yes, a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required to be paid in full prior to move-in.

Am I responsible for Trash & Lawn Care?

Maybe! The base rent advertised assumes the tennant will be taking responsibility for trash and lawn care. If you would like for us to arrange for trash pick up and to take care of the lawn maintenance, we are happy to do that for you! There is an additional $50/month for this service.

Are there any utilities included?

No utilities are included in the rent. The tenant is required to have all applicable utilities turned on in their name prior to move-in.

How do I get my keys?

Once the security deposit and 1st month's rent is paid, and the utilities are turned on in your name, we will make arrangements to get you the keys to your new home!
